Service Description

An Energetic Alignment Session will provide you the space for you to feel what you need to feel. I will facilitate a supportive energy that holds you, moving through you to process stagnant energy, getting everything flowing again, decluttering the mind, invigorating the spirit, and invoking confidence and inspiration. The session will begin with a consultation, where we ascertain what is going on for you and where to focus the work. Once you are comfortably lying down (fully clothed), energy from the universe will be channelled into your body. This process is completely tailored to you and what your body needs. Unblocking your energy circuit for optimum functionality. Removing any foreign energy that does not belong to you. I am not a hands on healer, I work in your energetic field, an inch or two away from your body, but I will connect in at your shoulders and feet to enable a clear flow through your being from heaven to earth; opening you up to all aspects of your own energy. The work will look different for every client and every session of your healing process. Sometimes it will be powerful and transformative. Other times it will be deeply restorative and meditative. You may see visions, animals and colours feel your energy moving inside of you. You may experience nothing at all, other than feeling deeply rested and nourished. It is truly unique to each person’s needs and the amount you feel during the healing is not indicative of how open you are to the energy. It is a universal energy and available for everyone. A healing can bring harmony and balance, improving emotional wellbeing and focus, igniting the body’s self-healing process, like standing in a powerful shower of warm light energy cascading over you. You will feel more connected to all parts of yourself and the natural world. Your mind will be clear leaving you feeling wonderfully empty, yet completely whole. You’ll move with a refreshed lightness of being. Expect moments of relaxation & sensation that you won’t want to end. Please allow 90 mins for your appointment, as we will discuss what’s going on for you & your desired outcome prior to your healing, and then have time to share your experience along with any insights & messages I have received after the healing. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with a full refund up to 24 hours before. Any late cancellations will be charged a £20 fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will require a £20 part payment. For info: The address for face to face appointments is 4 Melgum Road, Tarland, Aboyne, AB34 4ZL. Parking is on the road along from my house, or on the Square in Tarland. If you park on the square, facing the Krafty Neuk shop, I am 2 doors down to the right.
