Service Description

This is a tech free healing transmission; no video calls. Offering an ideal opportunity to step away from the screen and relax, reconnecting to your deeper soul self in the comfort of your own home. Distance reiki works very much like a face to face reiki session. The only real difference is that I'm here and you're there. Just hold the intention that you will receive the healing and it will reach you. We are all connected at all times as we are aspects of a single source of energy. At the arranged time, you'd find somewhere comfy to sit or lie down where you hopefully won't be disturbed. I always recommend playing some meditative type music (there's tonnes on Spotify, Youtube or one of the meditation apps). I also recommend setting a timer for 30 minutes or just a little over, incase you nod off. I will then go through the motions of a normal reiki treatment as if you were physically with me, channelling energy through your body, clearing blocks and optimising the flow. The work will look different for every client and every session of your healing process. Sometimes it will be powerful and transformative. Other times it will be deeply restorative and meditative. You may see visions, animals and colours feel your energy moving inside of you. You may experience nothing at all, other than feeling deeply rested and nourished. It is truly unique to each person’s needs and the amount you feel during the healing is not indicative of how open you are to the energy. It is a universal energy and available for everyone. A healing can bring harmony and balance, improving emotional wellbeing and focus, igniting the body’s self-healing process, like standing in a powerful shower of warm light energy cascading over you. You will feel more connected to all parts of yourself and the natural world. Your mind will be clear leaving you feeling wonderfully empty, yet completely whole. You’ll move with a refreshed lightness of being. Expect moments of relaxation & sensation that you won’t want to end. Following the treatment I will send through an email with any feedback that I have for you. It's amazing how effective it is even in separation! I often feel more energy in my hands during a distance healing than I do in person. It's mind blowing!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will require a £10 part payment. For info: This is an entirely remote healing, there will not be a video call. I will communicate via the email address you used to book your appointment. To prepare for your healing, please find a comfortable, quiet space at home where you will not be disturbed. Play some restful music of your choosing in the background. I would recommend setting a timer for just over the 30 minutes, in case you fall asleep during the healing. Then lay back and enjoy the vibes. I will be in touch after your healing with any feedback or messages that arise at my end. Always remember to drink plenty of water after a healing as the reiki has a physical detox through the body.
